  Where Barqa began. The Nr5 is more than a pair of sunglasses. It is the model that defined Barqa.
  It was our first completely original design, created the old-fashioned way alongside a high-end jewellery designer. There were no shortcuts, no AI-generated shapes, and no templates to follow. Every line was earned through research, references, hundreds of sketches, 2D drawings, 3D surface modelling, countless refinements, physical prototypes, fitting sessions, and real-world testing.
  The process took months. Every angle, every transition, every millimeter was questioned until it felt right. We wanted to create something with its own identity, something that couldn't be mistaken for anything else.

  At the heart of the Nr5 is Malachite, a natural stone chosen not only for its deep green beauty but also for what it represents. Throughout history, malachite has symbolized transformation, a reflection of the courage to evolve, embrace change, and create something truly different.

  It wasn't easy. But that's exactly why the Nr5 is special. Some products are designed to follow trends. The Nr5 was designed to outlast them. It represents our philosophy: originality, precision, and purpose in every detail.
